Job Summary

OnePlan is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and knowledgeable individual to drive sales across multiple OnePlan Business Centre locations. Reporting to the VP, Sales, you are a goal-driven sales professional who is self-motivated and committed to consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. You will effectively use sales tools to ensure all leads are nurtured to the best of your abilities, work to retain current members, and upsell a variety of technology services that enable business owners to work smarter and more efficiently.

You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, can pick up the phone to make a sales call without hesitation, and can adeptly overcome objections, think on your feet, and contribute to the professional, thriving business environment that we provide for all members and guests.

Sales Functions:

  • Drive new member growth and current member retention
  • Utilize a best practices approach to following up with leads and strategically moving them through the sales process
  • Conduct site tours at our multiple business centre locations
  • Upsell and bundle a variety of technology services into a private office or virtual office plan
  • Collaborate with the VP, Sales and the marketing team on campaign results to help optimize sales efforts
  • Collaborate with OnePlan’s office administrators on sales support activities critical to optimizing sales
  • Present weekly and monthly sales results at the weekly sales meeting

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years prior sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to exceed sales goals and ability to prioritize daily activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Appetite for learning advanced sales techniques and how this ties directly into the P&L
  • A passion for helping small business owners and entrepreneurs grow and succeed
  • SaaS and/or real estate experience considered an asset
